A commercial and construction law expert with over 17 years experience, Valentina has acted for a broad range of commercial and construction industry participants and independent public and government organisations, including private financial and freight companies, contractors, owners and developers such as Patrick Stevedores, ADCO Constructions, Boral, Laing O’Rourke, Mega-Top Cargo, Leonite Capital, Northwest Rapid Transit System SJV, Signal Energy Australia, the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney.

François has a diverse practice in general equity and commercial litigation matters, with specialised focus and experience in Succession, Wills and Probate Advice and Litigation, Family Provision, Building & Construction, Contracts, Real Property and Corporate Insolvency. François also regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts of Australia, both at a trial and appellate level.
In addition, François has published a number of academic articles and regularly presents at academic conferences on recent changes in the law in which he practices.
