Valentina O’Regan founded Valorum Law Group in 2019, bringing over 18 years of experience in commercial and construction law. With a proven track record in senior roles at leading global law firms, ASX-listed companies, and public and government organisations, she provides clients with strategic, results–driven advice tailored to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Valentina has represented a broad spectrum of clients in the commercial and construction sectors, including private financial and freight companies, contractors, owners corporations, high-net-worth owners, and private developers.

Notable clients include Aland, ADCO Constructions, Patrick Stevedores, Boral, Laing O’Rourke, Mega-Top Cargo, Leonite Capital, Northwest Rapid Transit System SJV, Signal Energy Australia, and both the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney.

Her expertise encompasses managing complex litigation, as well as drafting, negotiating, and overseeing commercial and construction contracts valued up to $10 billion.

A respected public speaker, Valentina has delivered presentations on construction and commercial law to the Law Societies of New South Wales and Newcastle, as well as to her clients. She has also lectured at the University of Technology Sydney, sharing her knowledge on building and construction law.
